Our Mission

We believe in God’s message of hope in Jesus Christ to a searching and hurting world. If there is ever a time for Godly leadership, servanthood and Biblical counseling — it is now.

Attending to the needs and issues of hurting people today is complex, and at times, overwhelming. Today’s generation searches for purpose, meaning and value, and many are experiencing a pervasive sense of emptiness and loneliness. We live in a world that is filled with pain, suffering and stressors like divorce, paternal absence, rampant sexual abuse, terrorism, and anxiety and depression. Alongside of the pain and stressors in life, there seems to be an epidemic of unsuccessful escapism through drugs, alcohol, consumerism, sex, violence and suicide.

At BACC, we understand the challenges in helping hurting and lost people. Regardless of your faith, beliefs, socioeconomic status, regardless of any and all things, we exist to faithfully serve and care for you and all others that God brings to our door.

Bay Area Christian Counseling is a non-profit Christian counseling ministry that exists to glorify God by offering Biblically-based psychological, mental health, emotional and spiritual healing to Christian and non-Christian children, adults, couples and families.

This healing will be accomplished with the help of God, through prayer, the wise application of God’s principles through the Holy Scriptures and through the efforts of a clinically trained and licensed Christian professional counseling staff to the fullest extent possible.

The executive director, counselors and therapists will be guided by a professional and faith based Board of Directors and further assisted by a caring office staff.

Bay Area Christian Counseling will conduct its ministry in cooperation with all State, Federal and local ruling authorities. We work in coordination with local Christian churches, other area Christian ministries, and in association, as necessary, with other mental health professionals and facilities. As a non-profit, ministry, our Board of Directors will oversee, guide and govern all of the affairs of the ministry. The organization will operate in accordance with the highest standards of Christian morals, ethics, clinical practice and financial accountability.
